I was originally planning on taking the motorcycle to NYC, but after looking at the weather, and doing some logical thinking involving the factors: parking, motorcycle theft, fatigue, gas prices, and the fact that I will probably be drinking; I decided to take the Chinatown Bus ($15 each way) and relax with a good book instead!
This weekend is Empire City Motorcycle Club's 40th Anniversary Run (Cruise III), which includes a boat cruise around the harbour.
If you're in the NYC area, feel free to try and catch up with me -- below is a listing of the events:
21:00 - 00:00 Party at The New York Eagle
12:30 - 17:30 Brunch at Raymond's Cafe (& AMCC meeting)
. Several splinter groups will tour the city
18:30 - 22:00 Ship Ahoy! Amberjack V sailing at 19:00 Sharp!
11:30 - 14:00 Brunch at Borgo Antico (brunch)
I hope to have a fun, yet relaxing time... I will be crashing with my buddy David Rice from the Bucks, M.C. (Bucks County, Pennsylvania)
