I touched down in London yesterday morning, and have been here 24 hours now. I adjusted well to the time change (I was up at 9am [4am EST]) today and feeling normal. I really didn't go out and about much yesterday -- just down to a local pub for a pint and some crisps for lunch. The key for enjoying myself will depend on pacing myself. Dave P. will be coming into town in a couple of hours and I think Dr. Cornell already arrived this morning.
