I was glad that the entire event was low-key this year. I've managed to catch up with some friends here in New York, get blotto a couple of times (which sometimes makes things seem better.) I've even made a few new friends, including J.R. who moved here from Texas just over a week ago!
It was fun last night going to the Bachelour Forum and playing pool with the Rams, but I'm really glad I don't live here anymore. Boston might have nasty winter storms (like Rochester), but at least our skys are bright and clear most of the time.
It's 19 days until I'm in Atlanta for my final circumcision touch-ups, I'm not looking forward to the healing period. Heck, I was out of commission for 80 days from the other two procedures in 2005! I am looking forward to seeing Dr. Cornell and Atlanta though!
My web server has been acting up this past few weeks, which really sucks while I'm out of town and can't fix it. The software engineers that wrote the web server software think they have located the problem, so my home server should be back up this Friday when I return.
This weekend is New Year, and it will mark my first New Year's Day with my lover, Dave as well as the first New Year I've ever stayed in Boston to celebrate! I'm somewhat homesick here in Rochester, New York and am looking forward to returning on Friday morning.
