Dave and I started the day with a "traditional" English breakfast -- including bangers (English sausage.) Now, I'm not normally a breakfast sausage eater -- the stuff we have here in the States is all greasy and yucky... Over in England, however, it was much leaner and tasty!! Eggs, proper back bacon, chips (French fries), baked beans, bangers, brown bread, and tea! Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm... To quote my mate, Bruce MacW: Yummers!!
We hopped the tube into central London and went sight-seeing, eventually going shopping at Harrod's, a department store with all the grandeur and splendor you would expect from the British! Five floors, each floor having about sixteen rooms, all different! The food store portion was simply amazing... I know where Wegman's got their ideas from now!! Their fancy homemade ice cream department feature flavour was "Beans & Toast" -- I am still wondering if it was done as a joke, or if someone would actually eat that! Dave and I went upstairs to the 2nd floor "truly British" seasonal display, and they were giving out samples of martinis!! I never got free booze at Wegmans!! I'm telling you, those little samples went right to our heads! We continued on with our walking tour over to Saint Paul's Cathedral... Wow... simply amazing! The sound from the choir was mesmerizing!! See my photos!
We then walked to the Millennium Bridge, a pedestrian bridge that crosses the Thames River. London's Millennium Bridge is the first pedestrian river crossing over the Thames in central London for more than a century. It is a 325m steel bridge linking the City of London at St. Paul's Cathedral with the Tate Modern Gallery at Bankside. More info about the Millennium Bridge?
Following dinner at a lovely Chinese restaurant, Lee Ho Fook, with chrishansenhome (another circumsexual) and his partner, Dave and I headed to Compton's, The King's Arms, and then to the hotel to change into our leathers to go to The Hoist!
After Dark: The "naughty" side of my trip to England!
The Hoist was a leather bar that time forgot... It was like going to the Spike or Eagle (NYC) back in the late 70s thru early 80s when anything was allowed... There was nudity, fucking, sucking, watersports, fisting, just about anything you can imagine all in the setting of a traditional bar. If you've seen the movie "Pigs at The Hoist" (one of my favourite XXX DVDs and the inspiration that drove my desire to check the bar out right away!), what you see on the video is just about exactly what goes on there on a nightly basis!!
I wore my "Ask Me About My Penis" t-shirt (the one that Brian B. from California got me for the day my bandage came off), and one of my Gomco Clamps on my beltline -- needless to say, Dave and I were serious curiosities at The Hoist! We met up with several cute men and towards the end of the night, got into a four-way stroke/suck-fest with them in the loo (they were shy!)
This was only Dave's second time ever in a "leather bar" --- although a bit nervous at first, he really got into the scene and enjoyed it!! The blokes there were friendly and frisky, my t-shirt prompted many queries, and also resulted in several other circumcised men to rethink their penises! I was very proud of him! I strongly recommend The Hoist to any leatherman travelling to London!! Dave and I stayed out 'till last orders, which was 03:00 on a Friday at The Hoist... we closed the place!
